Tutors 4 Kid Saturday Workshop Winter Session is finally here! The Winter workshops will be taking place from 1/22 to 3/12. There is something for everyone! Shown below is the schedule for the Winter Workshops! There is also every class listed along with a description.
Intro to Coding (3rd grade and up)
Learn the introductions to coding by using Scratch! (9:30-10:00 am PST 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12)
Creative Writing (2nd to 4th grade up)
Learn the craft of creative writing with this workshop! (11:30-12:00 pm PST , 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19)
Origami Class with Ms. Yilin (all ages)
In this workshop, you will learn the art of Origami and develop many other skills. (4:00-4:30 pm PST , 1/29, 2/5, 2/26, 3/5 ,3/12)
Book Club (3rd-5th grade or anyone who enjoys books)
Have a great time reading books in this workshop with all your friends! (3:30-4:00 pm PST, 2/12 & 3/12)
Cooking with Ryan (all ages, adult supervisor required)
Cooking easy recipes in the kitchen! (12:00 – 12:40 PM PST) 1/29 & 2/19)
Moms Can Zumba
Get up and moving with this Zumba dance class for moms! (Friday, 9:30 – 10:30 AM PST,2/11, 2/18, 3/4,3/11)
STEM Class (all ages, adult supervisor required)
Come join us and have fun with science! (10:00-10:30 AM PST ,1/22, 2/12, 3/12)
The Game of GO (family) *Class taught in Mandarin
The game of Go is not only fun, but it will teach everyone how to think strategically and develop their hand-eye coordination. (7:00-7:40 PM PST, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12 )
Intro to Public Speaking (4th grade & up)
Learn the basics to public speaking. (9:30 – 10:10 AM PST, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12)
A Fun Way to Learn Chinese Online (all ages)
Chinese nursery rhymes and stories. (10:30 – 11:00 AM PST, SATURDAYS)
K-Pop Dance Studio (K-5th grade)
Focused on K-Pop related dance and fitness (11:00-11:30 AM PST, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12)
Leader in Me Playdate (2nd & 3rd grade)
Every child is a leader! Let’s have a playdate! (11-11:30 AM PST, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12)
Showcase your Love through Art (all ages)
Storytelling/drawing and making cards for the people in need. (1:00 – 1:40 PM PST, SATURDAYS)
Intro to Video Editing (3rd grade & up)
Introduced to the video editing on iMovie. (Must have an Apple product such as a MacBook or Mac) (3:00 – 3:30 PM PST, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12)
